Rachel Bell

I am a wife. I am a mother. I am a daughter. I am a sister. I am a friend.

I am a woman.

Born a first generation Zimbabwean, a child of the Earth with a wondering soul and a gypsy spirit. Gifted with 2 small children who I absolutely adore, I am an advocate of gentle birthing and positive parenting. Like most women, I have overcome many obstacles to become the woman that I am today.

Life has taught me that home is a feeling, and that all that we truly love comes with us everywhere. The search for balance, as a life culture, opens doors for us. Balance is different for everyone, and when we find it, we should strive to live by it.

When it is right I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, breath, hypnotherapy and NLP into my work. I have studied 200hrs YTT in India in 2014 where I fell in love with Ayurveda. I believe that by bringing consciousness to all aspects of life, we can learn to live in balance as our authentic selves. The mind brings focus, the body provides wellness and the soul encompasses fulfillment.
